These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Jiliss ("Jiliss," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Jiliss online gaming platform available at jiliss.xyz and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). 1.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or other supplementary policies published on the Platform, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to the subject matter it governs.

2.3 If Jiliss discovers that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment source at Jiliss's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
3.1 To access the full features of the Jiliss Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jiliss Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Jiliss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4 Jiliss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.5 Account sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise allowing any third party to access your Jiliss account is strictly prohibited. Jiliss reserves the right to close any account found to be shared or transferred without prior written consent.
Jiliss is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Jiliss may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Jiliss accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Jiliss's discretion.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Jiliss reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an account not belonging to the registered player.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Jiliss at any time.
4.4 All transactions on the Jiliss Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.5 Jiliss does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that all funds are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of such funds.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Jiliss's payments team.
5.2 Before processing any withdrawal, Jiliss may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.1. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
5.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Jiliss reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals that fall below a specified threshold, as communicated within the Platform.
5.4 Jiliss aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security checks.
5.5 Jiliss reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.
5.6 In the event that a player's account is closed or suspended, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
6.1 Jiliss may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
6.3 Jiliss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively altered.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who attempt to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may have excess bonuses removed from their account.
6.5 Jiliss reserves the right to void any bonus and associated win nings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
7.1 All games available on the Jiliss Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
7.2 Jiliss uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by Jiliss, the player, or any third party.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Jiliss reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Jiliss's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Bets placed and confirmed on the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player once the game round has commenced, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
7.5 Jiliss reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, or any other technical issue that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially different from those intended.
7.6 For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events available on the Platform, Jiliss's trading team reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, result disputes, or the discovery of irregular betting patterns.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jiliss Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 Jiliss does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 Jiliss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jiliss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Jiliss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Jiliss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Jiliss reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to Jiliss's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to Jiliss customer support, and Jiliss will endeavor to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through Jiliss's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jiliss reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
14.1 Jiliss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jiliss will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
